We are looking for a Software Engineer in Test (m/f/d) to join our Engineering team in our Bangalore office. Our Product and Technology team is self-sufficient and cross-functional, working in an agile environment with a customer-centric mindset. Our engineers, product managers, designers, QA, and analysts use OKRs to deliver our vision rather than outputs. Among the numerous exciting challenges
Job Responsibilities:-
Collaborate with supportive colleagues to share experience and expertise as we strive to provide significant savings to our customers.
Utilize cutting-edge technology to solve difficult testing problems that address real-world needs and provide demonstrable value.
Working in a talented and passionate team in a friendly and informal environment, you will spend the majority of your day writing code or building services to test software applications, as well as demoing and teaching others.
Participate in the development and delivery of various features and products on an ambitious and challenging product roadmap.
Oversee and review daily deliverables to ensure that high-quality standards are met.
Conduct knowledge sharing sessions with presentations and tasks that allow you to practise new technologies.
Mentor and share best practises, tools, and frameworks with the larger development and research communities.
Required Skillsets:-
An experienced Software Engineer in Test with hands-on experience
Capable of writing automated test approaches for single-page applications written in React JS, as well as web services and serverless (Service oriented architecture)
Extensive experience implementing continuous integration and delivery pipelines
People who are adept at collaborating with developers, quality engineers, managers, and non-technical areas of a company.
Quality engineering/assurance knowledge and application to websites, mobile applications, and web services
Professional in building and hosting frameworks, tools, and services from the ground up Expert in basic cloud computing architecture and cloud computing provider services
Data-driven, with an exploratory mindset and a desire to deliver
Experience with non-functional testing techniques
Dedicated to engineering excellence through the use of database technologies for data querying.
Experience with Git for code version control
