Job Responsibilities:-
1. To use a Userappl to test any app.
2. Document, record, and communicate all issues (Bugs, Functionality issues, Any Improvement required).
3. Monitor and ensure that the Developer has resolved all issues.
4. On a daily basis, review the user feedback and highlight any issues.
5. Maintaining current knowledge of (a) mobile technology, (b) voice technology, and (c) app testing.
6. Developing ideas and sharing knowledge to make the app more user friendly and a better product.
Required Skillsets:-
1. The ability to put oneself in the shoes of the user and test the app.
2. Possessing a logical and problem-solving mindset.
3. Capable of clear communication (verbal/written).
4. Extensive hands-on experience with devices (Android/iOS).
5. Capable of creating, executing, and modifying test plans.
6. Must have a startup mindset when working.
