R3 Consultant
About Team:-
The team is in charge of conceptualising and producing
data-products at CreditVidya that are critical to the company's B2B
and B2B2C/B2C businesses, such as Credit Risk, Leverage, Fraud, and
end-to-end loan decisioning products. We are one of the few teams in
the Indian fintech space to have successfully implemented
large-scale ML and DL models and to have patented an in-house
state-of-the-art unstructured to structured data transformation NLP
technique.
Job Responsibilities:-
• Use cash-flow, behavioural, and traditional bureau
datasets.
• Maintain and upgrade risk products, end-to-end loan
decisioning products, and zero manual intervention
products.
• Develop/Ideate/Innovate frameworks for credit risk,
operations, credit offers, fraud, and model
development/updates.
Required Skillsets:-
• 1-4 years of data-science experience
• Hands-on modelling experience in ANN, RF, and GBM
• Python expertise and knowledge of at least one
object-oriented programming language.
• Understands retail lending
• Has experience with feature generation and data
sanity
Is good at problem solving and learning
Must have delivered at least one data product from start to
finish.
• Previous experience in banks/NBFC(s)/fintechs
• Knowledge of SCALA/JAVA
• Experience in deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning
techniques • Understands the concepts of hyper-parameter
optimization and various techniques to achieve the same,
primarily Genetic and Bayesian approaches Keeps up with recent
developments in the ML and DL space Belongs to Tier 1 colleges
(IIT/NIT/BITS, for example).
