Job Description:-
As an Associate Software Test Engineer, you will use deep product expertise and skills to design and build our new state-of-the-art Infinite Talent BrassRing Product as part of a high-energy team. You will implement this SaaS application to achieve high reliability and scalability as part of a team that goes above and beyond to ensure success.
Job Responsibilities:-
Demonstrate your ability to understand business requirements, design test cases, and contribute to the product's quality shipment.
Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle using tried-and-true Agile methodologies
Troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of customer problems.
Follow the Quality team's processes.
Demonstrate a strong interest in testing and quality.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities Maintain current technical knowledge and skills.
Collaboration with stakeholders and across teams is essential.
Completes related results as needed to fulfil engineering and organisational missions.
Required Skillsets:-
B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or a related field
0-2 years of experience as a developer or software test engineer with a strong understanding of C#, HTML, Java Script, and Java Automation Tools such as Selenium and Cypress.
Understanding of Basic Frameworks, POM, BDD, and TDD is required.
Excellent internal and external communication skills.
Excellent object orientation skills, as well as a strong understanding of design patterns.
Strong problem-solving abilities, as well as a thorough understanding of the STLC and defect cycle.
Ability to demonstrate leadership skills
Willing to learn new skills and work with other teams
Experience with ATS, HRIS, and other HR systems is highly desirable.
