Job Responsibilities:-
As part of the Engineering organisation, assist the QA group with continuing development.
Create and deploy an automated E2E regression system that spans several web public and internal-facing applications.
Create automated API testing suites as well as load/performance testing suites.
Give advice and recommendations on automated testing methodologies and best practises, such as environment setup and tool selection.
Ensure that automated tests are fast and reliable, and that they provide useful input to our team on regression issues.
Implement automated solutions that work with CI/CD pipelines.
In an agile setting, strategize how automated testing will be integrated into the SDLC sprint cadence across many initiatives/teams.
Create and execute methods for evaluating and improving application quality through integration and regression testing processes.
Quality Metrics, Acceptance Criteria, Quality Standards, and Metrics for the Current Task/Project
Defining Testing Strategies and ensuring that all development jobs fulfil data quality criteria via test planning, test execution, quality assurance, and issue tracking.
Thinking "outside the box" to understand the numerous scenarios and configurations that customers utilise to assure customer quality to drive better regression testing across the goods
Collaborate with our Product Quality Analysts to produce feature maps and critical path diagrams.
Required Skillsets:-
Hands-on experience developing JavaScript code Expertise in creating functional automation scripts with Cypress.IO (preferable), Playwright, Katalon, Test Cafe, Webdriver.IO, or similar
API testing and API test automation with Postman or a comparable tool expert
Experience testing large, complicated client-facing online platforms, as well as debugging, diagnosing, profiling, and troubleshooting complex issues with various debugging tools.
Expert-level knowledge and proficiency in developing complete performance test plans, test cases, and associated work products/strategies
Strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, software testing best practises, quality metrics, performance and automated testing tools is required.
Practical expertise handling all phases of testing in an agile software development process is required.
In-depth knowledge of Agile QA processes and deliverables.
Extensive familiarity with continuous integration, preferably with Jenkins
Knowledge of application administration and log management tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, Datadog, NewRelic, and others).
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Capable of working at a breakneck pace while keeping the highest quality requirements
