About Company:-
- To assure the quality of our software applications, we develop and execute thorough test plans and test cases, including functional, performance, and regression testing.
- Work closely with the development team to comprehend project requirements, identify potential issues, and provide feedback in order to improve overall software quality.
- Create and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts to optimise efficiency and assure correct test coverage.
- Conduct in-depth investigations into software faults, track issues, and collaborate closely with the development team to uncover root causes and provide effective remedies.
- Conduct risk assessments and code reviews to discover potential vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyse and monitor system performance, finding bottlenecks and recommending optimisation options.
- Constantly improve and polish current quality assurance methods and methodologies.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to ensure high-quality software product delivery.
- Document and communicate to stakeholders test findings, metrics, and quality-related data, allowing for informed decision-making processes.
Required Skillsets:-
- Bachelor's degree (or comparable experience) in computer science, engineering, or a related subject.
- Demonstrated experience in software quality assurance, including the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and automated testing frameworks.
- Thorough understanding of software development lifecycles, testing procedures, and best practises.
- Experience writing automated test scripts in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (for example, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Thorough knowledge of version control systems (for example, Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as thorough attention to detail.
- The ability to survive in a fast-paced, startup environment while adapting to shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication and cooperation abilities, as well as the ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
