Job Responsibilities:-
All project documents should be read, analysed, and reviewed
depending on the materials supplied, create and write test scripts
run the test scripts
Make a list of the problems (defects) and document them.
undertake close monitoring of the defect rectification
interact closely with development (SCRUM) teams
Provide assistance to external customers/schemes during the acceptance test phases.
be active in the maintenance phase of production system bugs (reproduce, test adjustments...)
Wherever possible, assist with the installation of test automation.
Required Skillsets:-
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field with an emphasis on IT Basic UNIX and SQL database knowledge
Good oral and written English skills The unwavering will to learn new things and constantly improve
The innate desire to take charge
Good communicator who can operate under time constraints
People who are extremely skilled and motivated
Experience with defect management tools such as JIRA XRAY or HP ALM is preferred.
Knowledge of "cashless payment" systems is advantageous.
