Job Responsibilities:-

Maintain high levels of development practises such as technical design, solution development, system configuration, test documentation/execution, issue detection and resolution, and producing clean, modular, and self-sustaining code with repeatable quality and predictability.
• Work with experienced cross-disciplinary BBIians to create, design, and implement innovative solutions.
• The ability to create and code appropriate solutions from broadly described challenges.
• Deliver high-quality software in an agile environment.
• Investigate, investigate, and resolve application programme problems
• Complete tasks within estimated timeframes on a consistent basis.
• Maintain a high quality level for all deliveries.
• Effective communication skills with business and technical teams at all levels 
• Contribute to the adoption of core technologies, architectural guidelines, and standards 
• Ensure all software development is handled under version control and release management.
• Ability to shift focus, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain patience in high-pressure situations 
• Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts 
• Integrate software components and third-party programmes 
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software 
• Recommend and execute improvements

Required Skillsets:-

B.E/B.Tech Graduates in Computer Science & Engineering/Information Technology/Electronics and Communication or MCA/MSC (Computer Science/Software Engineering/Software Systeme/AI&ML/Decision Sciences) 2021/2022/2023
• Strong programming skills in Python/C/C++ 
• Knowledge of RDBMS (MS SQL/Oracle DB/MySQL, for example)
• A strong understanding of computer science fundamentals such as object-oriented design, algorithm design, data structures, debugging, problem-solving, and in-depth analytical reasoning skills.
• Proven track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritising demands, and producing results in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong verbal and writing communication abilities, as well as the ability to express technical challenges and solutions
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented atmosphere.
• An interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies on the fly.
• Capability to flourish in a fast-paced, performance-driven atmosphere; 
• Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies on the fly.
• Capable of dealing with confusing or imprecise problems, as well as thinking abstractly
• The ability to work alone and efficiently multitask
• Superior analytical abilities as well as the capacity to suggest alternate solutions to technical difficulties
