Job Responsibilities:-
Experience as a software engineer in testing or as a software development engineer in testing with the mentality to spot issues and engage with engineers to resolve them.
Automation tool experience, such as Selenium, is preferred.
Insurance knowledge Domain expertise is preferred.
Participate in the review and creation of manual test cases and test plans.
Contribute to the development of test scenarios and test cases.
Examine and update the test repository to reflect the updated functionalities. Track and report progress, as well as detect and reduce delivery risks.
Participate in various tech transformation efforts and help to bring new tools and technologies to market.
Mentor and guide team members in reaching individual and organisational objectives.
Interact with integration teams for E2E and integration tests, perform integration, and troubleshoot problems.
Experience with API (SOAP, REST) and database testing.
Strong understanding of testing principles such as test plan/strategy, test design and execution, defect management, and test reporting.
Good understanding of Agile methodology.
Problem-solving abilities and great communication skills are required.
Contribute to the creation and implementation of automation test strategies Hands-on automated and manual testing, team leadership, defect resolution, test environment connectivity, functionality comprehension, and so on.
Experience working in a team with Agile project management tools such as JIRA and Continuous Integration
Capability to learn new business domains and processes fast.
Prior knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL databases, and so on.
Excellent knowledge of the application system.
