Job Responsibilities:-
Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to develop test plans and campaigns.
Supervise the execution of test plans
Make champions: Distribute QA best practises and trainings to Engineering teams (locally & remotely)
Track the progress of test campaigns.
Identify and report flaws/improvement opportunities
Choose and configure tools to support (tests) automation
Required Skillsets:-
Problem-solving mindset that is curious, crafty, and detail-oriented
Understanding of QA development tools and test frameworks
4-6 years of experience in manual / automation testing
Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Product, Business, Develop teams) locally and remotely
Strong written and verbal communication skills
User-centric: eager to contribute to the creation of a seamless user experience:)
You're equally enthusiastic about learning new things and sharing your knowledge with your coworkers, [Bonus] You have demonstrated experience working as a QA Engineer or with QA teams.
