Job Description:-
We are searching for a Quality Analyst Intern who will work closely with the Product Management Team of our Voice Bot to improve the Bot's overall functionality and efficiency. She/he will be held accountable and responsible for the Bot's improvement as well as proactively churning out concerns that arise throughout talks. While observing and strategically analysing the Bot's conversation with the users, the individual must maintain a keen eye for detail.
Job Responsibilities:-
Monitor quality parameters and seek to improve them on a regular basis.
Extensive data validation/quality assurance analysis should be performed on huge datasets to identify areas for improvement/issues in the Voice bot.
Listening to live discussions strategically and supporting the team in finding patterns of inaccuracy.
Take part in the BOT Analysis and Tuning processes.
To detect faults and issues in a product before it is released to the general public.
Providing management with regular updates on product performance and customer issues encountered during analysis.
Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness and operational efficiency of the team.
Required Skillsets:-
Common sense and a strong analytical/logical bent of mind
Ability to operate in a very demanding startup environment while keeping high accuracy standards in terms of quality and quantity
Strong ownership and accountability for allocated work
proficiency in any Indian language Regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Bengali, Kannada, etc.) will be advantageous.
Outstanding communication and presenting abilities
Good time management and project management abilities Ability to analyse data quickly to gain important information
Strong organisational, multitasking, and prioritisation abilities. Ability to work under intense pressure.
