Alstom is Hiring Freshers/Experience for the role of Software Engineer Trainee with 6+ LPA CTC




Job Responsibilities:-

As a Software Engineer trainee, you will carry out validation campaigns in accordance with the Test Plan and test Cases in their intended environment (real or simulated). To satisfy QCD commitments, you will work with the system, project, product, quality, and safety teams.
Contribute to the global description of V&V strategy; give items required to construct V&V plan in conjunction with V&V architect.
Overall tests must be specified and designed: test architecture (test plan), test design (test cases).
Prepare overall tests (test sheets and scenario tests).
Conduct test sessions: execute test processes, generate test results, and generate corresponding Change Requests If applicable, conduct client acceptance testing and participate in site tests. Test environment and tools (test bench, recording tools, simulated I/O,...) must be specified, designed, developed, and validated. Investigate faults discovered on the test bench or on-site Help with workload estimation and alignment.

Required Skillsets:-

EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, ECE, or EEE or Equivalent
BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS: In a matrix organisation, you must have strong communication skills and be able to guide, influence, and persuade people. Be innovative and demonstrate it to your peers before implementing it in the production of a reference. Model-based development, libraries, and reusable code In a matrix organisation, you must have strong communication skills and be able to guide, influence, and persuade people. Prior experience working with European customers is not required, but is preferred.

EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Good aptitude knowledge

Excellent command of the C programming language
