Job Description:-

Zycus is going to look for Engineering Graduates in Computer Science or Trainee Software Engineers to join our team.
Bangalore/Mumbai/Pune is the job place.
Fresher with Relevant Work experience
BE/BTech (Computer Science/Information Technology) required.

Job Responsibilities:- 

Going to support Zycus products and debugging production problems
Claiming ownership of reported customer problems and seeing them through to resolving
Investigating, able to diagnose, debugging, and identifying solutions to product problems
Going to monitor of applications, infrastructure, databases, and so on
Application upgrades such as Jboss/Tomcat
practical experience with linux systems and bash scripting
Continuing to work closely with developers and Qcs to try and fix problems
Outstanding communication skills are necessary in order to interact with management and present incident summarising.
Collaborate every shift (morning, afternoon)
Weekend work are available based on demand.
