The Engineering Campus Hiring Program is a firm initiative to interact and hire best Engineering talent from across the country's engineering schools. The programme has already seen tremendous success in its first two years and provides a platform for hiring the best and also most diverse talent from across the country.
The third year of the programme focuses on providing students with educational opportunities through GS Learning, as well as increased engagement and networking with senior leaders within the firm. The students would also go through multiple rounds of assessments that would put them to the test on a variety of skills such as analytical aptitude, technical aptitude, and so on.
Applicants who successfully complete the process will be decided to offer a summer internship placement in Goldman Sachs' engineering function in India.
Timeline of the program:-
Enrollment begins in November.
Aptitude is in the First week of December
Coursework: December 22nd to January 23rd
Technical evaluation: February 23rd, first week
Interviews will be held on February 23rd, the second and third weeks of the month.
Offer Release date: March 23rd
