Job Responsibilities:-
Operate on application development, running tests, or other areas of technology assigned to start creating, maintain, assistance, and implement projects. - Pave the way for success: Recognize product requirements with product owners and business stakeholders; translate requirements and vision into an executable timeline - Have an effect on the bottom line: Enhance team effectiveness by supporting process improvements that develop, sustain, and support activities. - Take the lead Ensure that complex domain knowledge is successfully transferred to subject matter experts and team members. Lead in your area of technology, whether it's application development, running tests, maintenance, or assistance in accordance with standard procedures. - Keep management informed: Monitor project activities and provide critical information to all project participants in the form of timely and accurate reports. - Have an effect on the bottom line: Constantly learn, improve your skills.
Required Skillsets:-
BE / BTECH (CSE, IT), B.Sc. (Computers), BCA / MCA, or other Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer technology / IT favoured. - Functional Domain: Healthcare IT/IT Important For sustainable development - Experience: Years of relevant experience in a comparable role. - Powerful verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner. - Personality: Excellent time management abilities. - Team player: Take the initiative to build trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team player. - The ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time. - The ability to work in an unsupervised environment. - A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's overall success. - Ability to think critically and solve problems. - Be strategic in developing solutions and improving processes. - Find things quickly.
