Job Responsibilities:-

• Assists in the development of sophisticated software/hardware in specified languages for Sensata products and/or applications, while adhering to Sensata's coding standards and adhering to applicable software development methodology and release processes.
• Contributes to the creation of software to control external hardware for automated test equipment, as well as other relevant projects.
• In the software development process, coordinates software engineering tools like as configuration management systems, build processes, and debuggers.
• Designs and implements small sets of new functionality as part of a software project.
• Coordinates involvement in peer code reviews, providing comments and suggestions.

Required Skillsets:-

Fresh out of the Campus Hire programme.
• Must be a team player who can operate in a fast-paced atmosphere and can handle several conflicting projects and expectations.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills 
• Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills to achieve results 
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity 
• Holds self-accountable for meeting goals and standards 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) 
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organisation including suppliers and/or customers
