Job Responsibilities:-
Actively collaborate with team members to analyse and address application issues. Defects, discrepancies, and patterns can be identified through code debugging or log analysis. Manage problems and communicate effectively with users, application owners, and senior stakeholders in all sectors. Improve application stability and performance by identifying trends, repeating failures, and/or difficulties, and advising application owners on long-term solutions. Adopt various technologies built by the AppBank Engineering team to automate failures using machine learning approaches and notify discrepancies in production health and health-restoration automation, with an emphasis on ongoing risk and cost measurement.
Required Skillsets:-
Experience developing shell scripts, exposure to automation activities, good communication, SQL, and Unix.
Problem solving in a development or production setting, involving experience identifying trends, analysing root causes, and proposing solutions to problems Good communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate the technical and functional aspects of a development/production problem, are required to help push solutions with app development teams and senior stakeholders. Excellent hands-on experience with Unix/Linux commands One of the scripting languages listed below: Shell scripts, Perl scripts, Java scripts, Python scripts, and so on. One of the RDBMS environments listed below: Sybase ASE/IQ, Oracle, or DB2.
• Mindset for Problem Solving.
• The ability to interact with databases and run SQL queries to manipulate data.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Change Management, and Version Control.
• Effective at interacting with stakeholders and paying attention to details
