Job Description:-
We are looking for a data engineer who is either new or experienced to join our team. You will use a variety of methods to convert raw data into usable data systems. For example, you'll create algorithms and conduct statistical analysis. Overall, you'll seek efficiency by aligning data systems with business objectives.
To be successful in this data engineering position, you must have strong analytical skills as well as the ability to integrate data from various sources. Data engineers must also be familiar with a variety of programming languages and have knowledge of machine learning methods.
We'd like to listen from you if you're detail-oriented, have excellent organisational skills, and have prior experience in this field.
Job Responsibilities:-
Analyze and organise unstructured data
Create data systems and pipelines.
Assess the needs and goals of the business.
Analyze trends and patterns
Perform complex data analysis and report on findings
Data preparation for predictive and prescriptive modelling
Create methodologies and rapid prototyping.
Combine raw data from various sources.
Investigate methods to improve data quality and reliability.
Identify data mergers or acquisitions
Create analytical tools and software.
Work on several projects with data scientists and architects.
Required Skillsets:-
Previous experience as a data engineer or in a related role is required.
Technical knowledge of data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques is required.
Programming language knowledge (e.g. Java and Python)
Hands-on SQL database design experience
Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
A data engineering certification (for example, IBM Certified Data Engineer) is advantageous.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
ability to deliver visually appealing presentations
