Job Responsibilities:-
To fix pharmaceutical and medical device industry problems, use a combination of quantitative problem-solving skills as well as qualitative studies.
Work collaboratively on data initiatives with different teams (e.g., RWD domain experts, software developers, data analysts, and data scientists) to ensure optimal data delivery to clients.
Preserve the client relationship and serve as a key point of contact for Clarivate's RWD clients to ensure customer delight.
Provide training on best practises and healthcare analysis with DRG RWD to clients who purchase DRG's proprietary RWD products.
Aggregate and process large, complicated sets of information to meet business requirements.
Identify unexpected trends and patterns to identify potential anomalies, and work closely with various teams to perform root cause analysis and resolve data-related issues.
Collaboration is essential.
Collaborate with the engineering team to provide analytical guidance and make a contribution to the codebase in order to build prototypes and models for new RWD product development.
Creating, developing, and trying to implement a standard set of data quality assessment checks to communicate data quality to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with domain experts to translate complex proprietary business rules and logic into scalable and optimal data process flows in order to enrich the RWD data product.
Required Skillsets:-
Education: A background in quantitative sciences or studies with a healthcare focus, or several years of relevant work experience. PREFERRED: post-baccalaureate or graduate studies in a quantitative or medical discipline.
Data management requires knowledge of general programming languages. PREFERRED: strong SQL or related language ability, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
The capacity to convey technical aspects effectively in a way that non-technical stakeholders can understand
Prior experience in a client-facing role performing data analysis to answer client questions, synthesising recommendations, and effectively communicating results to clients and internal teams
Distinguishing characteristics
Experience with healthcare data: Proven track record of using healthcare data in a project setting. Insurance claims data (diagnoses, procedures, physician/hospital data) are examples of relevant data types.
