Job Responsibilities:-
The developer role is in charge of developing, testing, and maintaining the application/s in accordance with established processes.
Create and maintain technical designs based on specifications.
Create application code for programmes while adhering to coding standards.
Create and run unit tests
Complete the project's analysis and documentation.
Assist with application testing and the resolution of test defects
Provide status updates as needed by the project.
Stick to the established actual project procedures.
Participate actively in training, self-development, and sharing of knowledge.
Required Skillsets:-
Experience/knowledge of multiple platforms (Windows, AIX, Z/OS, LINUX)
Knowledge of VI (AIX text editor)
SQL Proficient (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server)
Recognizing or familiarity with one or more of the ones that follow: Informatica, Business Objects, SQL/ DB2/ Oracle database administration
Basic planning/organizational, issue, analytical, time management, decision-making, and written/verbal communication abilities are needed.
Multitasking ability and ability to work in ambiguous situations The ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality is required.
As part of the weekly team rotation, you will be needed to offer emergency support.
Off-hours work for planned service and infrastructure upgrades will be required.
