Job Responsibilities:-
Network and server monitoring and maintenance
- Upgrading, installing, and configuring new software and hardware to meet the needs of the company.
- Creating user accounts and managing access.
- Computer management and hardware knowledge, as well as regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
- Ensuring the safety and security of data storage.
- Running diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to improve the performance of computer systems.
- Process documentation, as well as data backup and archiving
- Creating procedures for data retrieval and recovery.
- Creating and deploying effective end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
- Supervising and mentoring employees in the IT department, as well as providing IT support.
- Staying current on advancements and best practises in IT administration.
- Establish global support procedures as well as provide visibility and escalation channels for regional IT.
Required Skillsets:-
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or a related field is required.
- Relevant professional certification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco.
- At least one year of experience in a comparable role.
- Vast knowledge of information technology systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Thorough understanding of best practises in IT administration and system security.
- Outstanding leadership, organisational, and time management abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
