Job Responsibilities:-

In IT Services Chennai, provide first-level desktop support primarily to DHL employees.
Commit to incident and standard request tickets and resolve them in accordance with the SLA.
Installation and upgrading are responsibilities.
Ascertain that the team meets the SLA for incidents and standard requests.
Ensure that service calls are addressed and resolved as soon as possible.
First-level desktop support is primarily provided for IT Services Chennai.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues on HP/Dell notebooks and desktops, and work with Hewlett Packard or Dell vendors to replace faulty hardware parts.
Install and troubleshoot MS Windows 10, desktop issues, and MS Office 2016/Office365.
Ascertain that the team meets the SLA for incidents and standard requests.
Ensure that service calls are addressed and resolved as soon as possible.
Provide agreed-upon SLAs and high availability.
