Job Description:-
Incorporate Konecranes' core values and code of conduct into all actions.
Manage all IT requests that have been entered into the IT Ticketing tool. This includes classification, approvals, assigning to L2/L3 support, and following up with them until they are closed.
Technical analysis of all unknown/new types of incidents and Service Requests, as well as assisting Team Leaders in the creation of a knowledge base
When necessary, assessing the severity, impact, and risk of incidents and escalating to the L2/L3 teams.
Implement IT processes and policies in day-to-day support.
Managing the IT project activities that have been assigned to you.
Based on the incoming incidents, identify and communicate the problem areas.
Help with the Acceptance Testing
It's useful to be aware of ISO 14001 and 45001 prerequisites.
Required Qualification:-
Computer Science/IT Graduate (B.Sc, BCA, BCS, BE)
0 year to1 year of Windows experience is required.
Excellent understanding of operating systems, networks, and applications.
Understanding of iOS, Android, Windows, and other mobile operating systems
SCCM knowledge is recommended.
ITIL expertise is recommended.
Communication abilities (verbal and written) Team player
Capacity to work and effectively communicate with a globally distributed team
Willing to work in a 24-hour-a-day shift environment.
