Job Responsibilities:-

Handle an Applications Development group of experts to achieve established goals and perform squad personnel duties (e.g. performance evaluations, training and development, hiring and disciplinary actions)
Make suggestions for new work procedures to improve process efficiency.
Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions based on acquired engineering expertise and precedents.
Develop and use in-depth knowledge of how one's own area interacts with app development and other technical areas.
Ensure the quality of tasks performed by oneself and others on the team, as well as influence decisions through advice or facilitation of services affecting the team and strongly linked teamwork.
Assist the Applications Development Manager with backup and serve as an advisor and coach to junior developers and analysts.
Assess risk appropriately when conducting business.


Required Skillsets:-

0-2 years related experience
Successful project management and implementation experience
Capability to take ownership of projects involving software development and make technical decisions
Knowledge of dependency management, change management, continuous integration testing tools, and audit/compliance requirements is preferred.
Extensive knowledge of software engineering and object-oriented design Skills in management and leadership
Displays clear and concise verbal and written communication on a consistent basis.
