• Collaborate with project teams to gather necessary data and identify relevant themes.

• Make use of both primary and secondary research sources and techniques (conversations, surveys).

• Use data and information to organise, analyse, synthesise, and/or summarise

suitable analytical tools Carry out quantitative approach (quantitative evaluation, business statements).

communicates research findings through structured end-products (memos, etc.)

Required Skillsets :

• Excellent analytical as well as problem-solving abilities 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills 
• Team player with excellent interpersonal competencies
• Logical and creative thinking skills with a desire to contribute to Grail Insights
• 0-3 years of experience in R&D/KPO/Consulting firms
