To drive business greatness at ICICI Bank, the incumbent will handle a cluster of digital solutions, continuously evaluate software solutions, and induct cutting-edge computing environment. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional business teams to create technology solutions by leveraging digital and data functionality, as well as incorporate new age technologies to develop a platform approach to the business model. By deploying easily deployable, reconfigurable, and very well technological solutions, the incumbent would constantly looking for digitising opportunities and develop automation workflow processes in core bank services.
Job Responsibilities :
Financial services processes should be digitised to create a zero friction and automated business and process workflow.
Constantly investigate, assess, and incorporate new technological solutions in SaaS, PaaS, and custom workflows.
Work very closely with functional business teams to ensure that business operations are frictionless and straight through processing (STP).
Collaborate with functional and business teams to gain a thorough understanding of various operational procedures in the areas of execution that are relevant.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to build a modular, adaptable, and very well technology stack.
Work with various technology partners to create technology solutions that meet a variety of business needs.
Ascertain that the processes follow the Information Security guidelines.
Maintain current documentation of manuals and effectively utilize rules governing order to ensure compliance.
