Job Description:-

The Applications Development Programmer Analyst is an intermediate-level post responsible for working with the Technology team to establish and implement new or improved application systems and programmes. This role's ultimate goal is to contribute to application system analysis and programming efforts.

Job Responsibilities:-

Use knowledge of application development techniques and concepts, as well as fundamental understanding of other technological domains, to identify and outline system enhancements that are required.
Identify and analyse problems, make recommendations, and put solutions into action
To tackle complicated problems, use understanding of business processes, system procedures, and industry standards.
Analyse data and make evaluative decisions in order to offer solutions and improvements.
Perform testing and debugging, use scripting tools, and develop basic code to meet design specifications.
Examine the applicability of similar experiences and options in situations not covered by processes.
Learn about Citi's information systems, procedures, and standards, as well as client-server application development, network operations, database administration, systems administration, data centre operations, and PC-based applications.
Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, paying special attention to the firm's reputation and brand.

Required Skillsets:-

0-2 years related experience
Programming/debugging experience with commercial applications Working knowledge of industry practises and standards
Comprehensive understanding of a certain business field for application development Programming language knowledge
Displays precise and concise written and vocal communication on a consistent basis.
