Job Description:-
A qualified Quality Assurance Engineer is presently needed to
expand our support staff. The Quality Assurance Engineer will be
responsible for answering our customers' trickiest queries as a
member of our support team in addition to making sure the product is
up to par. You will interact closely with the product, customer
success, and sales teams as well as a range of stakeholders. The
ideal applicant is proactive, focused on achieving outcomes, and has
excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Job Responsibilities:-
Know our stuff from top to bottom.
serve as the point of escalation for problems that require more
research than can be provided by first support.
When analysing client issues that require database access, use
SQL and queries.
Collaboration with the implementation team is key.
Keep a cheerful, sympathetic, and professional outlook.
As required, coordinate and communicate with coworkers.
To make the customer service process more effective, offer
suggestions and make improvements.
Required Skillsets:-
Ability to translate concepts and queries between end users
and engineers through effective written and vocal
communication.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation
skills.
working knowledge of Salesforce, JIRA, or another corporate
CRM programme.
experience resolving issues while collaborating with several
teams (DevOps, Customer Success, QA, Level 1 Support).
strong familiarity with web standards.
a thorough knowledge of APIs and troubleshooting
a solid command of MySQL
highly skilled at creating original, custom SQL queries that
can be used with either SQL Server or MySQL (not just
modifying existing queries or running given queries)
Create and carry out test plans for HotelEffectiveness
integrations (MySQL and APIs), Postman, JSON, SOAP, XML, and
CSV, as well as the ProfitSword interfaces from the data (SQL)
and API (Postman) level.
It is essential to comprehend the various dataset formats.
scriptwriting and reading skills.
