Job Description:-
You will be in charge of creating, constructing, and managing the
infrastructure used in large-scale machine and data learning
projects in this role. You will play a key role in developing
on-premises and cloud-based architectural style to analyse and
process information in accordance with the needs of Irdeto's
internal operations, Irdeto's product and service portfolio, and
participate in research and development projects. To accomplish
this, you will work in small teams comprised of researchers,
software engineers, data analysts, and enterprise information
architects. Projects span a wide range of industries, including
entertainment content, online gaming, connected transportation,
connected manufacturing, and connected health. These projects
frequently include a cyber-security component.
Job Responsibilities:-
Work collaboratively with products and business leaders,
developers, architects, analysts, and scientists across the
company on innovation and early-stage product development.
Interact with internal and external customers to gather and
analyse data and AI/ML project requirements.
Collaborate with architecture, data scientists, and big data
teams to develop a data plan that aligns with Irdeto's corporate
strategy and goals.
Create, deploy, and manage optimal cloud-based data pipelines
and AI/ML architectures.
Persisting architectures, data integrations, and data migrations
for both Irdeto products and third-party systems.
Assemble large, complex information sets that meet functional
and non-functional business needs.
Clean and preprocess various data sets in preparation for AI/ML
projects.
Deploy AI/ML models in production while also maintaining a
continuous integration pipeline that includes monitoring and
optimization of the models.
Required Skillsets:-
BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a
related field is required.
Relevant Work experience in a Software Engineering Role, with
Data Engineering Experience
Advanced Python and SQL skills are required.
Advanced knowledge of big data technologies such as Spark,
Kafka, and others.
Working/developing experience in a DevOps environment (CI/CD,
Docker, Git, Terraform)
Experience designing and building and developing on AWS services
comparable experience on the Google Cloud Platform or Azure
would be considered as well. Appropriate certification is
preferred.
Understanding of algorithms for machine learning and feature
engineering techniques is required.
Knowledge of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from
large, disjointed datasets
Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
Important tips and tools and continuing to work with
cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
