Job Responsibilites:-
Collaborating with unstructured datasets requires strong analytical abilities.
Advanced SQL experience and understanding and experience with relational databases, query authoring (SQL), and continuing to work familiarity with a variety of databases are required.
Extensive experience developing and optimising 'big data' data pipelines, configurations, and data sets.
Create processes that support data processing, data structures, metadata, dependency management, and work scheduling.
Knowledge of how to manipulate, process, and extract value from large disconnected datasets.
Understanding of message queuing, stream processing, and scalable 'big data' stores such as Kafka, Azure Event Hub/Grid, RabbitMQ, AWS Kinesis, and Apache Pulsar is required.
Excellent project management and collaboration abilities.
Experience assisting and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Encounter with big data tools such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Kafka, and others.
Knowledge of a distributed file system such as HDFS
Encounter with big data tools such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Kafka, and others.
Knowledge of distributed file systems including such HDFS, GFS, Azure blob storage (ADLS), and AWS S3 is required.
Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, SQL MongoDB, Server/Oracle/MySQL, HBase and Elastic Search is required.
Knowledge of object-oriented, object function scripting languages such as Python, Java, Scala, R, and others.
Knowledge of CI/CD, unit testing framework/automation, and data pipeline orchestration is required.
Azure, AWS, and GCP are examples of cloud exposure (Experience on one cloud is a must)
Furthermore, any cloud certifications - Azure, AWS, etc
Agile methodologies experience
Data Science and/or MLOps are both options
