Job Responsibilities:-
Triage Team members are the driving force behind Boomi's world-class software support experience. Working with our customers via chat, phone, email, and Boomi's Support Portal, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with Boomi's IPaaS solutions while setting priorities and driving the day-to-day activities of the Boomi Support Organization. A Software Support Engineer on the Triage Team must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate across organisations.
As a Boomi Software Support Engineer on the Triage Team, you will collaborate with members of the Product Support Organization, Customer Engineering, Customer Success, and internal Business Operations Teams to prioritise work and resolve issues.
Required Skillsets:-
Monday through Friday are the working days. Midnight to 8 a.m. Eastern Time/17:30 IST to 17:00 ET/02:30 IST
If necessary, willingness to work a rotating shift
Excellent presentation and communication abilities
Detail-oriented, attentive, and understanding of customer needs
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on being able to summarise and articulate complex technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences
willingness and ability to be available on-call
A desire to coach and train customers while using your refined communication skills to solve customer problems
Practical experience installing, administering, and troubleshooting cloud-based software applications. Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is preferred (GCP)
