Create new features for recruitment partners and the students with whom they work.
Contribute to the development of new services, applications, and data pipeline strategies.

Enhance the quality and utility of existing features through refactoring, decomposition, bug fixes, and preventive maintenance.
Identify and act on opportunities to improve our software planning, development, testing, and deployment processes.
