About Company:-
We're looking for an analytical, results-oriented Back-end
Developer who will collaborate with team members to troubleshoot
and improve existing back-end applications and processes. The
Back-end Developer will use his or her experience with programming
languages and tools to analyse current codes and industry
developments, develop more efficient processes, solve problems,
and provide a more seamless user experience. You must have strong
communication, computer, and project management abilities.
To be a successful Backend Developer, you should be focused on
creating a better, more efficient programme and improving the
end-user experience. You should be well-informed, collaborative,
and motivated.
Required Skillsets:-
A bachelor's degree in computer programming, computer science, or
a closely related field is required.
Experience with JAVA / J2EE technologies is required. Hibernate
in the spring for hands-on experience.
Knowledge of microservices, spring boot, and redis will be
advantageous.
Strong knowledge of the web development cycle, as well as
programming techniques and tools.
Priority should be given to efficiency, user experience, and
process improvement.
Excellent project management and time management abilities.
Strong problem-solving abilities, as well as verbal and written
communication skills.
The ability to work independently or in groups.
Job Responsibilites:-
To troubleshoot problems and identify opportunities for
improvement, compile and analyse data, processes, and codes.
Cooperating with front-end developers as well as other team
members to set goals and design more * functional, cohesive code
to improve the user experience.
Monitoring industry developments and trends to generate ideas for
new programmes, products, or features.
Data collection and reporting to appropriate parties, such as
clients or management.
Participating in continuing education and training to stay up to
date on best practises, learn new programming languages and help
other team members.
As needed, taking the lead on initiatives.
