This position assists our After Sales Customer Support (ASCS) Team by handling day-to-day marketing strategy, project, and order-related tasks to ensure a high level of quality implementation for our final consumers. This may include overall responsibility for the success of assigned projects, from project scope and definition to post-job assessment and customer support after the order has been placed. This role typically requires a "people person" by nature, with a blend of soft and hard skills needed to master technology and manage customer relationships. The individual should be motivated to identify the underlying cause of a problem, quickly analyse potential solutions, and make clear and informed recommendations. The position also necessitates excellent communication, organisational, and duration management abilities.
Job Responsibilites:-
To respond to inquiries from various internal teams and to collaborate on inquiries with the accounts department.
To create Standard Operating Guidelines and Desktop Procedures for a variety of projects.
Flexible to work through multiple diverse projects which require strong communication skills.
To transform operations into a highly data-driven business that can measure, analyse, and optimise every aspect of our customer engagement.
To supplement the Success Operations role, which creates new tools and processes to scale the day-to-day activities of customer success management. Collaborative effort with third-party organisations.
Upkeep and development of customer success strategies and best practises, as well as customer support content
Held to account to support provider team for campaign and project execution to ensure completion on time and in a manner that meets requirements, offers good outcomes, and value.
