Job Responsibilites:-
Pick up the job requirement/Or the TL will allocate the job specification.
Understanding of requirements
Identifying candidates via various job portals and job search engines. (Monster/Dice, Career Builder, Linkedin, and Search String Formulation) (key words, Boolean Search)
Calling prospective candidates in the United States.
Screening them in accordance with the requirements
Reserving the best candidates for the job and having to send them the Right to Represent (RTR).
Prepare the resume for submission once the RTR is did receive formatting, prepare summaries.
I'm sending my resume to the account manager. If necessary, the Account Manager will consult with the candidate.
The resume is submitted to the client, who provides feedback. Based on the feedback, the recruiter schedules the interview and confirms it with the customer.
Requird Skillsets:-
Applicants must be available to start on January 9th.
Communication abilities that are exceptional/first-rate.
Only Computer Science graduates will graduate in the 2021-2022 school year.
