We are pleased to inform you that you are interviewing with the world's largest Edtech Company, and the reason for our progressing is rooted in our DNA. A true Byjuite establishes his or her own boundaries in terms of effort and reward. There is no limit to how much incentive you can earn. The average monthly incentive earned by a BDA in the system is around 30k, but our best associates earn up to 70-80k in addition to their fixed salary. A performing associate will typically get his first opportunity to become a manager and lead a team of 20 people in 1.5-2 years. And we've seen the best of the associates advance to the position of manager.
ATP is an Applicant Training Program in which selected candidates will participate in a 6-week training programme, after which applicants will be given the opportunity to join us as a Business Development Associate with BYJUs.
The six weeks of ATP are divided into two phases: two weeks of classroom instruction and four weeks of on-the-job training (OJT).
PHASE 1: IN-CLASS TRAINING (CRT)
The first two weeks of the CRT Phase will be spent in training, where we will go over the theoretical aspects of BYJU's sales process.
During this phase, you will participate in a variety of activities that will be rigorously evaluated at the end of the CRT program's two weeks.
