Job Responsibilities:-
Participant on the team
Procedures and tools for learning
When necessary, escalate issues.
Understanding a topic or product. Depend on the team for domain knowledge.
As experience is gained, contribute to the team's learning and efficiency.
Obtain task estimates from your supervisor/mentor, usually with some input. Duties are limited in both number and length of time. Real efforts should be documented in progress report.
Aware of the requirements in the defined working area.
Carry out assigned duties. With support, implement simple features or testing requirements.
Create/run tests in specific product areas. Troubles discovered should be documented.
Run pre-written tests. Record any issues that arise. Take part in the team in charge of system maintenance and setup.
Offer preliminary analysis of problems in specific areas. Assist in the grouping of information to aid in the debugging and resolution of problems.
Repair flaws in specific areas of script.
Required Skillsets:
A bachelor's degree in computer science or electrical engineering is needed.
No prior experience is required; however, internship/cooperative experience is favoured.
Design Concepts Understanding
Ability to work in a global team with various stakeholders from different functions, lines of business, and geographic areas.
Capability to convey task information to customers
Team Member
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a good job of the English language.
